“ Great Mexican quickish serve restaurant. Food made to order but still comes out quick. Tasty offerings and they do take credit cards ”
“ The food is absolutely delicious. The fajita tacos challenges top contender in the Davis, Jefferson, and Bishop Arts region. Definitely will come back, and greatly recommend this location to friends and family. ”
“ Good tacos, fair prices, quick service, really clean place. Salsas are good, thats a plus ! ”
“ Although I read a lot of complaints against the female cashier or waitresses. My experience was smooth. I dislike Yellow corn tortilla. So I asked if they had white corn tortillas and the cashier Ariel promptly and nicely said: we have both. So I'm happy they had choices. The one thing I loved and was new to me there was to see the dated labels on the salsas, reassuring their freshness. Nice touch!! ”
“ IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR TACOS DE TROMPO THEIR OTHER LOCATIONS IS LESS THAN A QUARTER MILE AWAY. THIS IS FOR THE NEW TACOS DE CABEZA LOCATION. First of all im a big fan of Fitos Tacos de Trompo so I had to try this spot when I saw it had so many meat varieties. First impression when i walked in was that this place is a huge upgrade from their other spot. Much more seating, a bit more of a modern look, huge visible menu, and SPACE. I ordered 3 tripas, 2 buche, and 2 suadero. Tripas were great, I was even asked if i wanted them soft or crispy. Went with crispy and glad I did. Buche was ok, couldve had a little more flavor. Suadero Ive had in many different forms but this one was a first. It was very finely chopped maybe even minced. Almost looked like chicken. I understand how it's supposed to be cooked without many condiments but the flavor just wasnt there. Out of the 3 Tripas were the only ones Id recommend. One thing I did notice was the taco size. It seems like they used different tortillas unlike their Trompo location and these are smaller, 2-bite-and-done small. I only had their green salsa, not too hot. Typical creamy green sauce but it was pretty good. Tacos were served with cilantro and raw onions, lime, and a good amount of grilled onions. Everything on the side. To drink I had an agua de melon which was clearly not made in house. It had that concentrate flavor. Overall the location is great, has good parking, but the food isnt on par with their other locations. I will probably wait before I come back and give them a 2nd try so for now I'll stick with their trompo location which is always consistent 5 star tacos. ”
